In addition to being the Grade 8 Homeroom Teacher, Sister Cathy also teaches Language Arts and Algebra I to Grade 8 and Science to the Grade 7. Sister Cathy has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering.  After a fulfilling engineering career, she transitioned into teaching. Our 2016-2017 Academic Year is Sister Cathy's thirteenth year in Islamic Education.  

Each year, she looks forward to bolstering our Students' talents, skills, confidence, and Muslim identity as they prepare to soar into the next chapter of their lives.  Sister Cathy encourages each Student academically while also providing social guidance to Middle Schoolers, focusing on enlightening their minds, challenging them to think outside of the box, and improve their critical thinking, writing, speaking, and reading skills.
