Number of individuals* at Al-Hamra who tested positive**

* An immediate case would be staff, faculty, or students of Al-Hamra.

** If a family member exhibits symptoms or self-isolates at home due to suspected or confirmed COVID-19, other family members also remain in quarantine and may test positive. Therefore, this number includes people who tested  positive during breaks or while already in quarantine due to having been identified as close contacts prior.

The DPH appoints a case manager for every COVID-19 positive individual and determines who the close contacts would be. If a student, staff, or faculty member was considered a close contact they would be notified immediately.

It is essential that if any family member exhibits any symptoms of COVID-19 all other family members stay home until cleared.

Our students and staff continue to closely follow safety protocols. All touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected at school multiple times during the day, and the school undergoes deep cleaning each night. Students remain in masks and keep a safe distance during their day here.

Positive cases should always serve as a reminder to everyone to practice the health and safety guidelines. We are committed to providing timely and transparent information regarding any issues related to COVID-19.
