Sr. Ceylan Rowe

Sr. Ceylan Rowe is a social entrepreneur, policy advocate, and humanitarian committed to using the power of business and policy to create global impact.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Fihri Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing women's health and dignity—particularly during times of crisis—through, community-driven solutions.
Ceylan holds a degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. Her career began at the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants, an agency.
She later served as a Commissioner on the MetroWest Commission on the Status of Women, advocating for policies that support the advancement of women and girls.
